As your wedding planner, I am here to be your advocate, wedding encyclopedia, and on-call therapist from the day you book until your wedding day - and let’s be honest, long after that. I’m grateful for the long-lasting friendships that I form with my couples and their families and love following them as they grow. Weddings come with many different emotions: excitement, stress, nerves, joy, and even fear. I’ll be here for every up and down.

When I’m not at a wedding, you can find me hanging out with my husband Marcus and Golden Retriever, Cora, spending time in Ogunquit, Maine, planning my next trip to Disney, or roaming the aisles of Target (the second happiest place on Earth). Let’s be friends!

Kellianne St. Hilaire, Lead Planner

Brentwood, NH

Hi, I'm Kellianne! I am a Lead Wedding Planner here at The Perfect Match, and I am so excited to be a part of your wedding celebrations! I got my start in the industry in helping a friend plan a wedding in 2019. As an Executive Assistant at a large business in the fashion industry, it was a welcomed reprieve to focus on a day personal, creative and beautiful. After planning my own wedding in 2022, I fell head over heels for the process and the industry as a whole. On the day of, my goal is to make you feel like the best version of yourself, while bringing your dream wedding to life. You can find me ensuring you've had food & water, fluffing a dress, fixing a bow tie, and my personal favorite- spritzing my brides veils with perfume as a signature remembrance of their day! 

When I'm not at a wedding, you can catch me with my husband, our two children and our two dogs at home, likely playing an intense game of Taco Cat Goat Cheese Pizza! If I'm not home, I'm probably on the side of a mountain hiking toward my 48 4K footers in New Hampshire, or listening to an audiobook on my back deck. 

Cat Gilmour, Lead Planner

Hi, I'm Cat! My journey into the wedding world began when I planned my own wedding. The experience of turning my vision into a reality was nothing short of magical, and I discovered a true passion for the process. From coordinating every little detail to watching it all come together on the big day, I fell in love with the creativity and connection involved. Now, my goal is to give you the same incredible experience—ensuring you feel heard, your vision comes to life, and your wedding day feels exactly as you’ve always imagined. With our support, we’ll make your dream day seamless and unforgettable!

When I’m not busy coordinating weddings, I work for a youth sports organization and pour my heart into my charcuterie business, a passion that lets me craft beautiful and delicious creations. In my free time, I love tackling DIY projects around the house, taking long walks with my two pups, and discovering a great new series to binge.

Life is all about finding joy in the little things, and I’m so excited to bring that same energy and care to planning your special day!

Lily O’Connor, Wedding Day Coordinator

Hi there- My name’s Lily! I love working with The Perfect Match and  being part of a fantastic team of ladies. One of my favorite parts of wedding days is prepping the couple right before the ceremony. Whether it be helping to line up the wedding party, cueing the ceremony music, or making sure your photographer is in place to capture the perfect shot, I’m so grateful to be a part of this important moment in your day. 

During the week, I work as a high school counselor in New Hampshire. I love to attend yoga classes, go for hikes, ski, and go on long walks with my silver lab named Tenney.

I am looking forward to joining you on your special day and working alongside your vendor team to make your wedding dreams come true. Can’t wait to meet you!

Isabel Price, Wedding Day Coordinator

Hi, I'm Izzy! You can find me alongside Sam and The Perfect Match team at your wedding. After working in wedding catering for many years, I fell in love with the hustle and bustle of wedding days. I love getting to see first hand just how much goes on behind the scenes in order to plan and execute a wedding. I get to be a part of the team that gives newlyweds a seamless wedding day experience, complete with decor set up, timeline execution, break down and more. 

In addition to my role at TPM, I work full time in medical recruiting! I’m always up for an adventure, whether it be traveling or trying out a new restaurant with friends.

Hannah Hongisto, Wedding Day Coordinator

Hi, I’m Hannah! I’m thrilled to be a part of The Perfect Match team, where I can combine my love for detail with my passion for creating unique and memorable weddings. One of the most rewarding moments of the wedding day for me is when the reception space comes to life, transforming from a blank canvas into a beautiful celebration. I especially love seeing the couple’s reaction when they get their first glimpse of the space before guests arrive, it’s such a special moment that makes all the planning and hard work truly worth it.

When I’m not coordinating weddings, I work in the medical device industry, but when I’m off the clock, you’ll likely find me exploring new places across Europe or enjoying walks at the beach with my dog.
