Yes, 100%! Venue coordinators are incredible at managing the venue on the day itself, but they don’t answer your planning questions, offer design suggestions, or coordinate with your vendors in advance. That’s where we come in: we guide you through every decision, manage all vendor communication, troubleshoot issues before they happen, and keep your family and timeline on track, so you can enjoy the process without stress. TLDR: Venue coordinators manage the venue, and we manage the wedding

Full service is best for a couple that wants hands on assistance in all aspects of the planning process. From vendor selection to design and more. Partial planning (aka our Design Package) is best for couples that are prepared to handle the majority of the planning on their own, but wants some extra support with brining their design to life.

For Full Service Planning, 12–18 months gives us plenty of time to plan your big, colorful wedding without any stress. For Design and Wedding Management, we recommend booking around 6-12 months out. But we love a good challenge— so if your wedding is coming up sooner than that, we’re ready to jump in and make it happen!

We charge a 12% production fee on each vendor we manage. This ensures our pricing is flexible and fully aligned with the size, complexity, and vision of your celebration, so you always get the attention and expertise your wedding deserves. Our minimum investment is $15,000.

Absolutely! You get to focus on all the fun decisions, like colors, florals, decor, and the details that make your wedding yours. We take care of the not-so-fun stuff (think managing a million emails, coordinating vendor arrival times, overseeing lighting and electricity, and problem-solving on the fly) so you can enjoy the process and the day itself without the stress. You stay in charge of the vision, we handle the behind-the-scenes details.
